Administrative Assistant, New Business Development & Operations ...

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support to the SVP of New Business Development & Operations and the VP of Network Scheduling in a professional and proactive manner
* Serve as highly effective ?'first point of contact?' for both offices by becoming fluent in key business contacts, developing strong relationships with other assistants throughout company and strong relationships with assistants supporting external partners

* Actively manage multiple calendars and coordinate executive meetings (both internal and external), sending reminders, distributing materials, arranging A/V support, catering orders and other arrangements as needed
* Handle phones, field inquiries and manage visitors with service-oriented, problem-solving approach
* Coordinate travel arrangements, prepare expense reports and keep contacts updated
* Assist in developing invite lists for key events; coordinate and send out event invites and track RSVPs; support executives in liaising with key VIPs at such events
* Organize and maintain files, supplies, equipment, and offices
* Assist with budget tracking for the department(s)
* Format, copy, and bind presentations
* Perform research as needed, e.g., meetings with potential corporate partners / key executives, new product opportunities, award opportunities, etc.
* Additional projects as assigned
* Keep current with WWE TV programs, characters, and storylines

Requirements:
* 2+ years experience in an Administrative role (sports / entertainment and/or Business Development department experience preferred)
* Proven track record of success in corporate setting effectively managing and prioritizing multiple tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced, fluid environment while still paying close attention to detail
* Proactive, self-starter with ability to work well with minimal supervision and manage workload effectively with competing demands for resources and time
* Outstanding ability to anticipate executive needs and act accordingly
* Exceptional judgment and ability to identify urgent/priority matters within complex business hierarchy
* Strong organizational, communication (both written and verbal), interpersonal, customer service, and project management skills
* Able to work well with people of all levels and backgrounds, internally and externally
* Can-do, flexible attitude and demeanor, willingness to ''roll up sleeves'' and pitch in
* Outstanding PC skills including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Internet savvy (strong PowerPoint skills are critical)
* Dependable and reliable
* Poised, self-confident, calm under pressure, with exceptional common sense
* Bachelor?s Degree preferred
