Question by jwehrly2000: What can i do about foot heel pain?
I have been running for exercise for about 3 months now and have lost 30 pounds, im down to about 213 pounds now but about 2 weeks ago while i was running i felt a sharp pain in my left foot in the underneath area on the heel and outer corner of my foot and the pain has not gone away, should i stop running or what can i do? i already bought some arch supports but they dont really seem to be helping, any help would be great thanks.

You take care of what you eat, you work on muscle tone and you do cardio?. but one thing people always overlook is body alignment and I do not mean a chiropractor. Look at:

Here you will get more of what I mean. The fact is most of the time we feel body bone and joint pain it is because of our body alignment. Give it a try for 14 days, if it helps continue and if it does not, then keep looking. It worked for me when I had pains.
